As an easily overwhelmed and sensorially sensitive person, it really helped that it was just the two of us (noise & stimulus wise) and that I could get a dry cut instead of wetting hair & all those transitions. I didn’t feel rushed while explaining what I wanted and appreciated her advice on what (not) to do. This helped me be less anxious during the process, because I felt she understood what I wanted. All in all: calm atmosphere and I love how my hair came out! It was my first haircut since buzzing it all off 1.5 years ago and she made me feel at ease. Really recommended. And loved the Japanese tea — nice touch. Will come back :-)

Super geknipt! Ik had van te voren wat foto’s bij me (ook van wat kapsels van Kanao die ik op instagram zag) en Akie heeft goed mee nagedacht over welk kapsel het beste zou passen met mijn haar en gezicht. Ook gedurende het knippen checkte ze of ik er tevreden mee was.
